External Funds Transfer

Make secure transfers between your NMSB accounts and your accounts at another bank or financial institution in the U.S.
Transfer money securely between North Middlesex Savings Bank and any account you own at other financial institutions (within the U.S. only).  This Bank-to-Bank money movement service gives you the flexibility to manage your money more effectively and efficiently.
  • Transfers can be scheduled immediately*, for future dates or to be recurring.
  • Set up transfer arrangements with more than 23,000 banks, credit unions, brokerage and investment firms
*Allow 3 business days for funds to transfer. A standard outbound transaction fee of $3 applies.  A $7 fee for standard outbound high limit applies and a transaction fee of $7 applies when transferring funds Next Day from your North Middlesex Savings Bank account to another financial institution. Next day transfer available for qualified subscribers. Daily and monthly transfer limits apply and will be described within the External Funds Transfers service. Individual daily and monthly transfer limits will apply. Please reference the FAQs and Qualification Requirements for more information.
To access External Funds Transfer, login to your online banking, select move money, select external funds transfers, and follow the External Transfer (Transfer between my accounts) steps on your screen.

Accounts Eligible for EasyLINK Access

  • To use EasyLINK, customers must have at least one personal checking account with NMSB
  • Businesses must have at least one business checking account with NMSB.
  • While EasyLINK access is available to business customers, the bill pay feature is not.
  • The checking account designated for EasyLINK Bill Pay will be the account from which the Bill Pay fee will be deducted.
  • There must be no hold conditions on any linked checking or savings account.

Computer Requirements

  • Requires a browser capable of High-security 128-bit encryption (SSL). Without this level of security, access will be denied
  • Latest versions of MS Internet Explorer, Safari, Fire Fox or Google Chrome.
  • Browser must also have JavaScript support enabled in order to view pages correctly

How to Apply for EasyLINK

To apply for EasyLINK you must have a NMSB checking or NOW account. Simply click here to go to EasyLINK then click on "First time users, please click here to register." Follow the instructions for the online registration.

How to Sign up for eStatements

To receive eStatements: Sign into EasyLINK, go to the Additional Services tab and choose Online Statements from the drop down menu.  Once you agree to the terms and conditions, your accounts within EasyLINK will receive eStatements.
