Collateral secured loans allow you to use your North Middlesex Savings Bank Passbook or Certificate of Deposit Account as collateral for a loan. You may borrow up to 90% of the book balance or original certificate amount and repay the loan as follows:

Interest Only
– Fixed interest rate of Book plus 3%
– APR Book plus 3%
– Term expires upon maturity of Certificate of Deposit or 25 months on a passbook savings
– Minimum term:  3 months

Amortized
– Interest rate of 10% APR 10%
– Term: 36 Months
