As a senior mortgage consultant, Roger draws on 35 years experience in the real estate industry, including real estate brokerage, property management, commercial and residential development and lending.

His legal education background coupled with his vast experience brings a professional approach to meeting client needs for financing. He specializes in planning a financially sound loan program for the following:

·         First time home buyers utilizing the Mass Housing Programs or North Middlesex Savings Bank Programs.
·         Construction loans for new homes as well as rehab projects.
·         Small Investor and commercial loans
·         Purchase and refinance loans using a financial planners approach to structure the best loan for the client’s situation.

Being very accessible at all times is the benchmark for his style of customer service.  Giving personal attention and professional service to all his clients is always his goal.

Roger is active in the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce, an affiliate member of the Northeast Board of Realtors, and serves as President-Elect for the Littleton Rotary Club. He currently resides in Westford.
