Identity Fraud

  • Good news for North Middlesex Savings Bank cardholders!

The Bank now provides a Fraud Management Service to monitor accounts behind the scenes for suspicious activity. If something on your account looks out of the ordinary, you may be contacted via phone by a representative or automated system. If you are unavailable, an automated message will be left on your voice mail. The message will ask you to return the call to 1-800-890-5097. In order to verify your identity, you will be asked to provide specific information.  You will also be asked to verify transactions.  If all transactions are acknowledged as legitimate, the call is completed and no action is taken. If you receive a call and are uncomfortable with calling the 800 number, please contact us and we will assist you.  If you have further questions, please contact us at (978) 772-3306.
