Mortgage Loan Originators
We are seeking mortgage loan originators to serve Northern/Central MA and Southern NH territories. We offer consumers online applications and fast underwriting. Originators will have the ability to generate conventional mortgages, home equity loans, MFHA loans and FHA loans.
The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate degree and 3 – 5 years experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer in the current market environment. Proven sales record and customer service skills is a must, along with the ability to develop and execute annual marketing plans to maximize business opportunities. Originators will be required to participate in community and business development events to develop and build relationships with realtors, builders and borrowers. A thorough understanding of underwriting guidelines is required.
This position requires excellent interpersonal skills through both written and oral communication, strong work ethic and a professional demeanor. Candidates must have proven organizational, problem solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of PC and web applications is required.
